Brand Audit and Recommendations
Working closely with the ACL Live at Moody Theater Brand Partnerships and Premium Experiences team, I developed a research and analysis plan for the Premium Seat License Program. After reinventing the premium seating program to rival growing local competition and attract well-invested music enthusiasts back to the venue after a devastating pandemic, ACL Live at Moody Theater could no longer rely on first-to-market momentum and historical brand affinity alone. The complete project culminated in a full pitch with the team and other key stakeholders reviewing a program analysis, competitive analysis, brand recommendations and campaign executions.

Greeted with the ‘the best seat in the house’ consumers walking down popular streets in Austin will be invited to engage with a seat replica of the moody theater. When they take a seat, an audio cue plays reminiscent of being in the center of the concert crowd. Live recordings from recent familiar artists play as they don the seat of honor, answering the call, “It’s your seat. Take it.”
